14th December. Storm!
Massive storm - no lifts running today.
I really wouldn't want to be up there! Newspapers the next day reported the wind at 252 km/h.
In Rocks bar later on. Nothing else to do really.

15th December. Skiing
A bit gloomy but not bad at all for December.
Why do you always have to walk uphill to get to a ski lift?
Cruising.

16th December. Off to Murren
All aboard the chairlift!
Sunny at the top.
Lovely runs through the trees.
Cloudy and fog in the valley. Usually means the weather is going to change.
Jane was the chef tonight.
Pork loin with rosemary potatoes and fresh broccoli.
Inevitable beer-up after dinner.

17th December. Snow!
Visibility poor but super snow!
Nice run through the trees to Brandegg.
Went to Interlaken for a curry tonight. Lots of snow!

18th December. Getting a bit further afield.

19th December. More snow.
Did the high stuff in the morning. Started snowing about 11.00am so descended to Aspen for lunch.

20th December. Off to see cats and rats.

21st December. Resort in full swing!

22nd December. Something different
I think this is quite cool. The idea is that you turn on the GPS unit on your phone, then go skiing. Take a few pics while you're out. Once you're done, the phone will upload your day (route, speed, photos etc) onto a website for all to see. The trouble is the phone battery only lasts a couple of hours in the cold mountain air with GPS turned on, and mine was only half charged anyway. Anyhow, see what you think..
